Favourite Song(s): Still listen to classic rock, and enjoy live music outdoors at Ottawa’s Bluesfest & CityFolk festivals

Favourite Colour(s): White… includes all the colours together, and blue too…

Favourite Drink(s): Water… And craft beers – so much variety and I love the artwork on the cans!

About You: Started Snowhawks Ottawa in 1988 – travelling ski & snowboard school, the same year I took a govt job at Canadian Heritage (hey, this is Ottawa)… Created greater opportunity for professional indigenous & cultural minority artists. In 2013 Harper was cutting jobs & offering “packages,” so I arranged to get fired and have been running Snowhawks full-time ever since – teaching skiing, training instructors & organizing destination ski travel.

Favourite Memories from MRHS: Loved getting outside for phys-ed in winter, playing broomball – I played goalie.

Favourite Teacher(s): Mr Toye – so funny! Mr Junior – great storyteller. And Mr Bramble, for being demanding, and his devilish grin.
